I never received my product.

I entered my PIN, redeemed my product, but have not received anything.

Please contact us and include your confirmation #, PIN, mailing address and email address. We can look up your order and check on it's status for you.

I may have entered the wrong address when I redeemed my product

Please contact us and we will do our best to immediately update your order. Mailing addresses are confirmed before your order is processed. There is no guarantee that we can correct this error before your product is shipped.

General Website and PIN issues

After entering my mailing address, I keep getting bounced back to the PIN page.

My PIN is invalid. I've entered it many times and it keeps saying "invalid PIN"

You may want to double check the following characters of your PIN. We have found these to be the most common PIN errors:
- the number 2 vs. the letter Z
- the letter N vs. the letter M
- the number 8 vs. the letter S
- the letter F vs. the letter P
- the letter U vs. the letter V

If your problem still persists, send us your PIN and we will be happy to correct this issue for you.
